How do I get started with the health programs on this Website?
It's easy to participate in this site's offerings. Go to Get Started and create your profile.

I'm having trouble completing my Profile.
Be sure that you create a User ID that does not contain spaces (it can have letters, numbers, and underscores.)

Be sure that you choose a password that does not have spaces and is at least six characters long. Capitalization matters in your password. Be sure to retype it the same way.
